About Me:

Hi! I am a Washington, DC native currently living in Bethesda, MD with my husband, Andrew, and our two dogs, Ralph and Alice, named after the Honeymooners. I am a huge fan of old black and white movies, and every chance I get I watch the classics! I don't cook at all (but am an excellent taste tester), so I am very lucky my husband is an excellent cook - otherwise I would live off of Frosted Flakes and peanut butter!

About My Business

I have been a part of the wedding industry in one form or another for over ten years! Most of this time was spent in my bridal shop, helping women choose what they were going to wear on their wedding day, and even offering a little advice along the way. Currently, I’m a freelance copywriter and author my own wedding and life blog.

My Proudest Accomplishment

Professionally, it would have to be opening my bridal shop. Conceptualizing a business and bringing it to life was one of my proudest moments!

My Favorite Pasttime

I am a girl with a lot of hobbies! Currently, my favorites are learning Japanese, Pilates, and photography.

Why I Love My Profession

I love weddings for the celebratory send-off into the next phase of life that they are!
