As we move into fall I have many brides ask me about using the color purple for their fall wedding. Deep purple or wine toned dresses are very popular this time of year and it is actually a really fabulous fall color palette, one that is rich and dramatic. The above bouquet was created with purple dahlias, purple callas, red roses, red hanging amaranthus, purple scabiosa, purple allium and deep purple hydrangea.
These photographs were taken at the Frank Lloyd Wright Home Kentuck Knob, in Pennsylvania. This shoot was directed by event planner Amber Karson Events, and inspired by Frank Lloyd Wrights love of the color red.
We created this amazing chuppah on a mountain top. The structure was a base of birch poles and lots of willow. Red dahlias and purple orchids were inserted into the willow branches.
Vintage antique purple bottles were used to decorate the tables.
This bouquet of solid red roses and dahlias with touches of purple has a great look for the fall.
I am totally loving the look of all of this purple!!
Thanks to photographer Abby Jiu who captured all of this purple and red so beautifully.
Have a great fall think purple and red!!!
