Greek Island Get-Aways

Recently we’ve had several requests for the Greek Islands. So this week we’d like to introduce you to some of the drool-worthy hotels and resorts located on some of the most scenic beaches in Greece.
According to Frommers, Santorini is one of the most spectacular islands in the world. Many Greeks joke, somewhat begrudgingly, that there are foreigners who know where Santorini is — but are confused about where Greece is! Especially if you arrive by sea, you won’t confuse Santorini with any of the other Cyclades. What will confuse you is that the island is also known as Thira.
There are so many stunning resorts in Santorini that it may be hard to narrow it down to just one. One in particular that stands out though is the Astra Apartments & Hotel. It’s got beautiful rooms, a roof-top terrace and beach service. What more could you want?
While some couples choose to visit Greece and spend all of their time on Santorini, others indulge in a Greek Island tour that includes Athens, Mykonos, Rhodes, and more. If you’re thinking about just staying on Santorini, there’s plenty to do to keep you entertained. Santorini has wineries, museums, art galleries and more.
