We have already previously discussed the importance of having one, so now how do you pick the right videographer for your special day? Here are a couple helpful hints when you are making your selection.

- Make sure you select a videographer that has been in business for several years. The more experience they have in weddings, the more of a sense of flow they will have for the day’s events.
- Ask for references and see a demo video before you sign your contract. When calling the references be sure to ask the bride not only about the finish product, but how they liked working with the vendor the day of. Remember you have to spend all day with them!
- Make sure that the videographer’s style is as you would like for your video. Each person is different so make sure you ask their style and if they can accommodate what you want.
- Find out it they have the latest equipment as well as how many camera’s your package would include. If there are restrictions at your ceremony site make sure they know them before hand and let the videographer know.
- Lastly, find out how long it will take for your video to come back. You might want to also make sure the videographer doesn’t need anything from you before he can start editing.
