Summer outdoor weddings can be brutal, but here are some practical tips to keep you cool during that outdoor garden ceremony:
- TIP 1: Hydration is the top priority – drink plenty of fluids (no caffeine products).
- TIP 2: Don’t use a lip-gloss with a screw on top. Instead, do use a gloss with a wand and don’t keep lipstick in your purse or no cream makeup.
- TIP 3: Summer is the perfect time for an updos or clip-on extensions. It adds volume, length, which will hold up in hot, humid weather.
- TIP 4: You can also use a non-perfume based hairspray that won’t attract bugs.
- TIP 5: Ice cubes can be applied to the wrist – it acts as pressure point to cool the body.
